Pricing is valid for all property locations within a 30 mile radius of our company address located in Laurel MD 20707.  An additional mileage surcharge of $25 will apply for properties outside out normal service area but within a 30-50 mile radius.
Baltimore-Washington Virtual Tour Company is not responsible for on-site staging of property.  Owner or on-site representative is responsible for any staging necessary.  Property will be photographed "as-is" upon arrival or you will incur a $30 per hour charge for additional time needed to get property ready to photograph.
Cancellation Policy:  Customer may cancel 12 hours prior to scheduled appointment by notifying Baltimore-Washington Virtual Tour Company with no additional charge.  If no notification is provided and photographer arrives at scheduled appointment and is prevented from completing the job due to Owner / Representative not being present or the property is not ready for the shoot, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. 
Inclement Weather Policy:  If inclement weather prevents the shoot, Baltimore-Washington Virtual Tour Company will reschedule the shoot with no cancellation fees.
All pricing assumes customer will provide payment in the form of a check or money order and is due immediately upon delivery of the tour.  Invoice will be sent via e-mail and is to be paid within 10 days of tour delivery or the tour will be deactivated.
Tour text edits will be completed upon request at no additional charge.  Text to be included will be provided by the Owner / Representative.  Tour modifications requiring additional photography will be subject to a minimum fee of $30.
